Recommend and would stay here again. It is a nice property located in Chuo Ward district adjacent to restaurants, convenience stores and train stations, Very close to the castle and gardens and Shin Osaka. The building is nice and the rooms are well-organised and big size. Courteous and accommodating staff as one would expect.

Amazing, overall clean venue with exceptionally nice location near the Castle of Osaka, the night life and very reasonable rooms rates and many restaurants. Great-sized and well laid out rooms with a safe, TV and a refrigerator, etc.

The proximity to Osaka Castle was awesome for our family adventures, and the spacious room with tatami mats was a favorite spot for the kids to play. The complimentary tea and cozy atmosphere made everything even better!

The room was quite spacious, allowing enough room for us to enjoy our private breakfast at the table. I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby-definitely a nice touch! We had the advantage of an early check-in, which helped us settle in before our activities. The city view added enchantment to our stay. Watching the skyline from our window was good.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. Sometimes, the room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon. Breakfast was underwhelming, with some cold items. No butter for bread and the breakfast options felt limited. Parking information could be clearer upfront. Would consider staying again if improvements are made.

Perfect for families with little ones

The room was fantastic, we had a Japanese-style area with tatami mats and futons. My kids loved it, especially when we pulled out the futons at night and made a cozy little space for them. The staff helped us out with our luggage and even recommended some awesome places nearby, a big help.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got, it was definitely acceptable.
